Sisters.
I humbly ask that you keep me in your prayers. For over a year, I have had a neighbor who has continually provoked me by revving his vehicles which has an extremely loud muffler, day and night. The constant noise has become deeply traumatizing for me, and it often feels as though he is intentionally trying to get a reaction. I have approached him respectfully and kindly, asking if he would please keep the noise down, but he has refused.
I can feel myself becoming overwhelmed with frustration and anger, and I do not want to respond in a way that dishonors God. Please pray that the Lord will strengthen me, guard my heart and mind, and give me the peace, patience, wisdom, and self-control to respond in a Christ-like manner. I also ask that you pray God will soften and change my neighbor's heart, giving him compassion, conviction, and a desire to live peacefully with those around him.
I pray that my words, thoughts, and actions will remain aligned with God's will, even when I feel provoked.Sis. Tammy Alexander
