Opening Statement

People of God, welcome HOLY SPIRIT into Amarillo, this gateway city of the Texas Panhandle. Amarillo means yellow, the color of light and glory, and today we decree that the glory of the Lord rises upon this land. Just as the winds blow across these plains, we declare that the breath of God is blowing fresh life, revival, and awakening in Amarillo. This city, once marked by cattle, oil, and highways, will now be marked by holy spirit, prayer, presence, and power. We are not here by accident, God has assigned us to stand at the gates of Amarillo to decree that revival routes open, dry bones live again, and the King of Glory comes in. Today, we align heaven and earth over Amarillo, and we say: Let God arise and His enemies be scattered in this land!”
