Lord God, I place myself (BMR) before You as a watchwoman on the wall: faithful, discerning, and weary at times, asking that You strengthen my spirit, quiet my worries, and lift the weight of responsibility I was never meant to carry alone. Restore my weight, marriage & joy, renew my hope, and reassure me that my prayers are effective, my intercession is heard, and me and my family is covered.
